  1. It’s hard to imagine inverting a seesaw, because a seesaw is neutrally stable. If you invert a seesaw, nothing happens to its stability…it’s still neutrally stable.

    This, on the other hand, is full stable. Invert *this* and you get *excitement*.

  2. We used to have something similar to this but with swings on the end called a power swing. Super dangerous but hecka fun.

    One person could grab the center pole with one hand and a swing with the other and run as fast as possible around the pole, and the other person would go flying!
